Add Secure Services to SIM and eSIM Products
AVASIM Secure Applets help operators and service providers add telecom, identity, security, loyalty, and selected payment-related services to supported SIM, USIM, and eSIM products.
Unlike a normal phone or device application, an applet runs inside the protected environment of a
compatible SIM, eSIM, or secure element. This helps keep sensitive data and service actions separate from the main device operating system
The project should confirm that the selected SIM, eSIM, or eUICC supports the required operating system,
Java Card environment, available memory, security domains, and interfaces. It should also define how the applet will be loaded, personalized, managed, updated, or removed where supported.
AVASIM helps customers define the service, review compatibility, prepare or customize the applet, and support personalization, integration, and testing. The final functionality depends on the selected secure product, its operating system and security configuration, commercial approvals, and applicable requirements.
